Develop your teaching style, reduce work hours, improve class management
Does this describe you?
You are looking for a new worksheet every morning 5 days a week.
Therefore, you don't submit a weekly lesson's plan on time because you don't know what tomorrow holds.
When you finally find a good lesson, you don't know if you should grade it. Or how you should grade it. Or when can you find time to do it.
It results in grades not being posted regularly. Administrators send you requests and directives. Students are bothering you with questions.
However, you are trying your best. Every day. This trying is tiring.
You are tired.
Look closely
Are you struggling with classroom management? Do students ask you same questions daily? "Is this for a grade?", "When will you post the grades?", "When is the next test?" "Do we have a quiz today?", "What are we doing today", "Did I miss something important yesterday?", "What will I miss tomorrow?, etc.
If you can't answer these questions with 3 words "Check specific document", then the Plan Lessons A to Z training is an absolute necessity! You will become a super teacher in a month!
Another noticeable moment
You may be a very good teacher, but not very organized. Do piles of paper on your desk waiting for more permanent place? Or maybe you have a ton of files in the computer in one folder or worst, all on your desktop, and you can't find a document in one or even two clicks?
General lack of system gets you every time.
In any case, Plan Lessons A to Z will help you to deal with both issues.
